Created potential thermoelectric material samples and perform various procedures for analysis of their efficacy. Trained to operate and analyze data from X-ray Diffraction, Laser Flash, and Resonant Ultrasound Spectroscopy. Trained to utilize spark plasma sinterer, glovebox, ball-mill, diamond saw, and sandblaster.

Evaluated student homework and exams within strict deadlines for a biomaterials course (MSE 425) in the fall and microstructural design class (MSE 360) in the spring and tracked grades on the course website. Provided feedback to students on misunderstood concepts.

Tested alternative cathode material (Mo-doped V2O5) using X-ray Diffraction and galvanostatic cycling of synthesized batteries. Utilized qtgrace software to analyze data to quantify improved capacity retention and reversibility. Highlighted research results in video presentation.
