Promote new Eau Claire sales location, growing from a remote work concept to fully staffed brick-and-mortar Worklab, leading continuous growth in the region; develop new business opportunities and provide strategic leadership for the workplace furniture and commercial interiors team that covers the northwestern Wisconsin market; build extraordinary client experiences that foster long-term business relationships; educate and engage with customers, architects, designers, and vendors from our business community; present a comprehensive portfolio of furniture, architecture, and technology products from Steelcase and hundreds of other manufacturers/vendor partners; partner with clients to create beautiful spaces that drive their business forward, enlightening organizations to the connection between people, purpose, and place; engage in the Eau Claire and northwestern Wisconsin community, regularly participating and volunteering with several local business, industry, and philanthropic organizations.

Own and operate marketing and design consulting firm; regularly consult with a growing base of approximately 30 clients in 10 states on a wide variety of marketing and design projects, totaling over 1,300 projects, including branding and corporate identity, marketing communications, print, web, and social media; have established a positive and professional relationship with clientele, exceeding their needs and desires with consistent thoroughness, dedication, production, and follow-through.

Lecture planning, preparation, delivery, facilitation of in-class activities, and evaluation for Buyer Behavior, a 300-level marketing class consisting of junior and senior undergraduate students. Teaching style infused real-world marketing and communications experience into the curriculum to effectively deliver content to students. Presentations drew from important concepts in course materials, which were heavily supplemented with industry examples. Selected by a student to be honored at a faculty excellence event, Fall 2016.

Member of a design/pre-press team that created various design pieces for national and international associations, including seminar materials, brochures, magazines, annual reports, etc. Responsibilities included: communicating effectively with clients and co-workers, preparing and troubleshooting client files for all printing processes, and moving a substantial volume of design jobs through a deadline-intensive workflow.

Shared responsibilities of art direction through every step of the creative process, which involved concepting, illustration, working with a team of photographers and stylists, layout and design, proofing, and pre-press. Successfully completed projects that included: catalog, brochure, environmental, corporate identity, advertisement, annual report, package, and web design.
