Event production - sound, lighting, audio visual and special design with branding for conventions, concerts, meetings, Presidential Visits, stockholder meetings, outdoor events, etc. National and International touring. Ten years of executing 47 city tours for Men's Wearhouse. My customers ranged from Boeing, Microsoft and Nintendo to local stockholder meetings and festivals. My larger event accounts included the Goodwill Games, Sahalee's PGA golf tournament, Alcoholics Anonymous Convention (Seattle's largest to date). WTO and so many more.My first responsibility was to communicate with the client confidence and our ability to make their event everything they wanted and more. It was then my responsibility to follow through on this promise and to turn the client’s vision and ideas into something beyond their expectations.Often it was my responsibility to brand, design, work out the logistics with the hotels, transportation, advertising, etc. Of course it was also my responsibility to know city codes in which I was working -- fire department, electric and getting permits. Facility issues, even 2,500 miles away such as power, low ceilings, freight elevators, etc. fell on me. As an expert in audio, lighting, audio visual, staging, designing and branding, booking entertainment and keynote speakers has led me to so many other parts of our industry. I even booked sanicans once that needed to have lit mirrors and piped in music.The most asked question always is can I now work with a supervisor? My clients were always my bosses. Different leadership styles, generations, abilities to voice their needs and wants and cultures, I can work for anyone. I built my own clientele accounts to $1.5 million.My forte is knowing the challenges before they happen so the customer is never aware. My ability to keep calm while my mind keeps working is key.
