Charged with managing the project to replace the School's online Association Management System and integrate it with the Learning Management System and the Accounting System now in use. The School Information System is used to enroll students, set up classes (both on-line and in a facility), assign teachers, keep track of grades and deliver Certificates upon a student's completion of a class.

Short Term Project Accomplishments - Created CRUD capable user interface from SQL database. Wrote reports from SQL using TeleRik, Silverlight and C#. - Replaced “Road Ranger” (diagnostic software main user interface) and dialog forms utilizing DevExpress tools/controls and VB.NET in Visual Studio. Team Foundation Server (TFS), used for system documentation and source control.IRS Detroit Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Detroit, MI Reengineered IRS Unix based Informix 4GL system to VB.NET Windows app using SQL Server 2000. Accountable for entire SDLC of the system, from inception through implementation and on-going maintenance. Elicited requirements in JAD sessions using use cases and system scenarios. Created VISIO diagrams and both Functional and Detailed Specifications, as well as the creation of test scenarios which were signed off by the users before moving the new system to production.
