I track and improve upon quality measures set by numerous payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance. I also run performance reports to identify areas of improvement within the clinic, and then formulate action plans to see those improvements implemented. In 2022, I was able to achieve recognition for our practice through NCQA to be designated as a PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home) and secured a PCMH contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I now work to maintain our recognition.

I maintained schedules for nineteen physicians in the Department of Family Medicine, provided administrative support to the Executive Director and Chair of the department, and managed an administrative assistant.

Responsible for welcoming guests into Ethan Allen Design Center and directing client traffic for design consultants. I also ensured records were kept up to date by running daily and weekly reports and ensure all samples and products are current by maintaining and updating discontinued items.

Responsible for scheduling interviews, speaking with up to 100 callers a day, managing other receptionists, and handling payroll.

Executed design work at weddings and events, maintained communication between vendors, created and marketed products and packages for future clients.
