He is currently leading the infrastructure business of the road, such as ITS, ETCS, MLFF and so on, by integrating both software and hardware in the public and private sector to the global overseas markets.Prior to this position, Mr. Koo has been a Professional Engineer and Project Manager for the past 20 years in Samsung SDS. He began his career in 1993 at Kia motors, working his way up to become the high-tech professional engineer for the Research and Development Center, and with the team for 7 years. After a successful venture with Hyundai-Kia Motors, Mr. Koo transitioned to Samsung SDS, where he began as the embedded software engineer and afterward Professional Project Manager for IT-based SoC business. In 2013, as a Construction and Commissioning Manager, Mr. Koo joined KASC(King Abdullah Sports City) ELV Project, which was EPC business contracted with Msix and Aramco in Saudi Arabia for almost 3 years.
