I've done MBB consulting, digital transformations, strategy, and HR/people on three continents. I've set up and scaled Transformation Management Offices (TMOs) in banking, healthcare, telco, and media. My experiences include co-leading the pre-merger integration of a £31bn megamerger in the UK, leading a cross-functional HR team of 150 people, driving the $90m fintech acquisition in Singapore/South Africa, fighting with UN agencies for the privacy rights of pregnant girls in East Africa, being shortlisted for 2014 the Golden Baobab for African Children's Literature Prize, and leading a global Agile transformation in corporate and investment banking for 9000 people. My MSc in Digital Transformation was completed with distinction in 2024. I often hold multiple roles concurrently, starting with my first job accepting/rejecting manuscript submissions at a feminist trade publishing while I was a literary journalist and book blogger.
