  I am one of three founding members of Reload – a full-service advertising agency dedicated to achieving results for our diverse portfolio of corporate clients based in South Africa, the UK and the USA. Although no one day is the same in the office, my main responsibilities are:Caring: Sounds a bit silly right? Not to me. It is an inherent part of my daily job and one that comes very naturally to me. I care about our clients, I feel the same passion for their work as they do and that enables me to help take their brand to the next level - especially in the digital sphere.Content Creation: Whether a colleague needs a quick blurb, or whether we are tasked with writing copy for a large creative campaign, my team will support our clients with compelling narratives that help create awareness, consideration, commitment and advocacy. Digital Marketing Strategies and Execution: Standalone advertising campaigns are less effective and more expensive. I work out how we can approach our clients’ advertising campaigns holistically and spread their message across their various digital platforms for both consistency and the best ROI (think repurposing an in-store POS campaign digitally, via content marketing, social media marketing, Email marketing, SMS campaigns, SEM campaigns etc.) Social Media Consulting: Effective social media campaigns are the result of a lot of planning, measuring, tweaking and adapting. I compile social media plans for our clients comprising of:• Clear content pillars that support the objectives of our clients’ brand plans, whilst informing and delighting their target market through clever and attention-grabbing creative posts;• Paid advertising strategies;• Community management systems that include social listening (what are people saying about your brand) and labelling conversations for sentiment tracking purposes;• Reporting on KPI’s and making suggestions for improvement.
