With an MBA in Human Resource Management and Finance, I have combined two aspects where I can manage people and look at the finance aspect as well. Both my educational qualifications and my practice allow me to fill the gap between the workers’ training and the needs of the organization in terms of finances.Having concentrated in recruitment, retention and development of employees, along with performance boosts, I have also developed skills in financial management, analytics, budgeting, forecasting and cost-effective organizational domain. I believe in ensuring that workforce diversity becomes the cinch of the business value.In my past work experience, I managed projects for process improvement in HR that made employees happy and reduced the number of employees who left the company. Furthermore, my expertise in building financial models and analyzing data has helped the organization make strategic financial decisions to ensure that HR projects are relevant to the company’s business objectives.I enjoy working with other people who are analytical and have interpersonal skills since I believe that such problems cannot be resolved within a single department. I want to further develop strategic HR programs that on the one hand, meet the methodical requirements of the staff and on the other hand, strategies the organization’s market aspirations.
