• Working at Headquarters of L&T Construction, liaising with over 29 international project teams and more than 51 domestic project teams. • Formulating & securing approval for Capex budgets from management up to CEO level, and overseeing utilization monitoring.• Engaging in strategic negotiations for equipment procurement from vendors, achieving a 16% cost reduction in the last fiscal year (FY 23-24).• Assembling & crafting Management Information System (MIS) reports within designated deadlines for submission to the Director's Office, CEO and CFO.• Defining AMS objectives annually by evaluating prior year’s goals & aligning them with AMS policies & organizational business needs.• Introducing innovative processes, equipment, or technologies; overseeing financials, including comparing P&M costs against internal hire charges for recovery and advancing vendor development and management. • Evaluating & making decisions regarding the Buy vs hire of construction equipment based on project needs.• Selecting appropriate equipment to meet specific process requirements as determined by the execution team.• Deploying digital-based equipment solutions to enhance operational efficiency.• Facilitating coordination between domestic & international project teams.• Implementing and managing IoT (Internet of Things) solutions and Fuel Level Sensors (FLS) in machinery.• Directing the upkeep, restoration and functioning of plant machinery and equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and operational continuity. • Devising and executing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and prolong equipment durability.• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to source machinery and spare parts, securing cost-efficient solutions.• Administering the distribution & enhancement of resources, encompassing personnel, materials and machinery, to fulfill production objectives.• Assessing resource requirements and revising plans to adapt to evolving project demands and priorities
