When it comes to choosing a career path, sometimes we feel like we have control over our decisions, while other times it feels like the decision is made for us by a force greater than ourselves. Growing up in Arizona, I witnessed the negative impact of substance abuse in my community and even in my immediate family. Fortunately, music and creativity have always been a passion of mine and a source of comfort, thanks to my father's involvement in the music industry. As I got older, I developed a deep love for helping others and decided to pursue a career in addiction recovery and rehabilitation. Given my personal experience of seeing my father get sober, it was a natural choice for me. I feel grateful that I could combine my two passions and work at America's Rehab Campus.
