I have been in the Healthcare/Services industry for over 25 years; for the past 19 years, I have been in Human Resources. I have grown to understand and implement all areas of HR, from benefits, payroll, employee engagement, employee counseling, training, performance management, and employee development. I enjoy the HR field because I'm passionate about people. Motivating and encouraging everyone to buy in and help improve a company's culture, work ethic, outlook, and bottom line is fantastic. I want people to love what they do and the company they work for. It's my job to do everything in my power to make this happen for my clients and their employees.There is no one way to run an HR department. I realize we all have many rules and guidelines we must follow in HR, but thinking outside of the HR box is what I focus on. Employee demands and concerns change daily, so I need to be ahead of the curve with my thought process and be creative. Yes, HR can be creative! I constantly preach that strong and clear communication needs to be always given and to be ethical every day in everything you do. These are some of the reasons why I love HR.When working with clients, I focus on their priorities and then design a plan to help them achieve their goals. It is important that I know their company, culture, and mindset to provide them with the highest level of HR service. I am driven and passionate about seeing my clients reach new levels of achievement. There are a lot of amazing people in our industry, and I am thrilled when I can provide them with the tools needed to succeed.
