As a senior team lead, I manage a team of 6 user experience researchers and designers, and 1 team lead, for a variety of cloud, web, and desktop products. As a user experience specialist I completed research, design, and assessment projects for a variety of cloud and desktop products. • Lead researcher for large spanning projects including a major desktop conversion from outdated menu drop-downs to a toolstrip which enhanced discoverability. Duties included analysis/inventory of current system and prioritization of usage, rapid/iterative formative testing, summative tests, analysis of beta feedback, education of downstream UX/dev on the upcoming changes, and a presentation to the CEO on the change management risks associated with a huge redesign.• Lead researcher partnered with a lead designer on the creation of an graphical package manager to connect our desktop product to our community open source file sharing tool.
