When John E. Ellis II founded Legacy Engineering in 2005, I became its first employee, dedicating 10 years to the company. I initially served as a field tech and salesperson, but ultimately transitioned to the role of Field Operations Manager. In 2024, I rejoined Legacy Engineering and currently serve as the Client Success Director of Construction Services. With over 28 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, I have acquired a diverse skill set including heavy equipment operation, construction materials testing (CMT), FDOT inspections, and team leadership. My expertise includes managing complex projects, including the design and implementation of fiber optic networks, while liaising with regulatory bodies such as FDOT and local municipalities for permitting and force relocates.Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen the coordination of contractors to ensure the timely completion of projects, ranging from expansions to business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives and repairs. Proficient at managing field operations, laboratory functions, and fleet logistics, I have consistently upheld rigorous quality standards and fostered strong client relationships.
