• Support the sales team in generating a quotation and preparing the tender submission.• Responsible in coordinating with the Sales Team and Project team that orders are error-free in terms of specification and lead time commitment to client.• Responsible in making sure that all documents are complete, signed quotation, PO from the sales team before processing the purchase order to respective factory or supplier.• Coordinate and Liaise with Factory both in Shanghai and Australia as well as all the partner suppliers regarding pricing or/and order confirmation, sample requests, and updated price list.• Work closely with the Operations Manager & Project Manager in Singapore to coordinate the delivery schedules.• Work closely with the Project Manager in order entry (order fulfilment) if and when the Project Manager is not in the office• Support and work closely with Senior Technical related to Auto-cad drawing and rendering• Other ad-hoc duties

-Work with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.-Collaborating with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.-Analyzing movement and use patterns of the space.-Preparing sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to client.-Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decor.-Using design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.-Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.-Ensuring client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.-Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.Performs other related duties as assigned.

-Participating in client meetings to discuss design plans and gather feedback on preliminary designs-Reviewing construction documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements-Coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure that construction meets design specifications-Creating conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients-Compiling data regarding client preferences, lifestyle habits, and architectural styles to create a design concept that meets the client’s needs in terms of style and ergonomics-Presenting design concepts to clients in order to gain approval of preliminary plans-Developing interior design concepts for commercial, retail, or industrial spaces-Consulting with clients about their needs in order to create a design solution that meets their goals within their budget constraints-Managing the design process from start to finish by overseeing contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members, and communicating with clients

-Convey and maintain design intent during Design and Pre-construction/Bidding phases-Space planning and drafting of basic construction sets using AutoCAD-Prepare and revise CAD drawings-Collaborate with commercial construction and leasing teams across international portfolio-On-site verification measurements-Interfacing with client-Execute basic construction documents including, Reflective Ceiling Plan, Construction Plan, Finishes and -Fixture Schedule-Assist with specs-Organize current drawings-Execute standards, practices and procedures

-Preparing own notes and slides to make the training simpler for students.-Responsible to start lectures on scheduled time post marking the attendance.-Responsible to conduct lectures as per the log sheets and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule.-Responsible to conduct the sessions using Smartest Methodology and using Smart lab Plus components; to ensure every experiment is demonstrated to students .-Responsible for student conduct and classroom administration.-Responsible for handing over daily assignments to students; to ensure students complete their journal and project work within the stipulated time frame .
