Projects involved: - Ibiden Electronic Malaysia, Chemical and Waste System hook up, 2017 - HP Manufacturing Malaysia, Gas, Chemical, RODI, Waste and LSS System hook up, 2018 – 2020 - PT Musim Mas LN2 Plant System Commissioning, 2019 - HP Manufacturing Malaysia, Maintenance for UHP gas delivery & monitoring system, chemical delivery system, waste collection system and Life Safety System (LSS), 2019 – 2020Descriptions: - Commercial works including project tendering, quotations, follow up PO and invoice status for the projects. - Systems engineering works including preparing and review engineering calculation, documents and drawings for piping and control system. - Project planning works including preparing scopes of work, method of statements, project budget, project schedule with work breakdown structure and manpower planning. - Procurement works including sourcing materials that are within budget, able to meet project delivery lead time and meet customer requirements. - Construction works including construction site setup, pre-fabrication works and site installation works as per designed drawing and specification. Ensure the construction works are carried out following planned schedule. Work closely and coordinate with clients, vendors and sub-contractors if there are any unexpected circumstances causing delay in project delivery or variation order. Analyse and monitor the productivity of workers versus the cost of the projects. - Commissioning works including preparing commissioning checklist and carry out system functional testing. - Ad-hoc projects including mechanical and control system hook up works, system troubleshooting, maintenance and modification works.

I did my internship in Maintenance & Engineering Department. My projects were to reduce heat loss in water rinsing tank and generate a bill of material on mechanical part in the factory.
