SUMMARY My current job title is Strategy and Back Office senior director. I supervised Strategy department, IT department, HR department, Logistics, Safety and Office Administration. Manages the overall IT program scope, maintainsits continuous alignment with strategic business objectives, and works directly with the customer to clearly articulate and document the business requirements. Analyzes and documents business and technical requirements that best reflect customer challenges; leverages the company’s offerings and business value to create opportunities and promotes new leads and opportunities. Overall accountability and responsibility for scope, time, cost, quality, change, and integrations within the project. Accountable for managing the account's P&L with a focus on profitability. Responsible for meeting Annual Operation Plan (AOP) targets. Effectively participates in and/or leads formal and informal reviews with stakeholders, applying knowledge and experience and providing technical perspective and support; Organizes demonstrations of solutions to users. Master of scrum and agile project managements. Be the coach for executive team to apply scrum in the new business operations. Leads a team of business analysts and multiple development teams and provides guidance and recommendations during various stages of the project lifecycle. Mentors and shares knowledge with other team members to contribute to the maintenance of high-quality deliverables, thereby contributing to the overall development of the accountant teams. Use project management methodologies to develop project plans and manage cost and resources. My experiences in Pre-Sales and proposal work for executive helps me in my current assignments. My company is going through strategic change management both in technology changes and operational changes. I work with vendors and suppliers as a team to bring in the best technology to improve the company productivity.My experiences in System Integration business for Telecom and retail industry. SI is basically manage risk of the business. It requires to be good working with people. Bringing the best to its clients. I have played a role as Assistant Program Management for a System Integration project. Program manager is a commercial position as well as a project management position.
