• Supervise the finances of the Susquehanna University Panhellenic Association.

• Maintain up-to-date financial records; give a financial report at each regular meeting of the Panhellenic Council and an annual report at the close of her term of office.
• Sign Panhellenic Association contracts when authorized to do so.

Then I format these reports into a document and send them to out Kappa Delta members along with our CAB's and the Nationals board. It is my job to make sure those affiliated with Beta Upsilon chapter are up to date with all current events.

• Be responsible for the official correspondence of the Panhellenic Council unless provided for otherwise.
• Send meeting minutes to the NPC Area Advisor and upload them to the Greek section of Blackboard.
