My duties include supporting users, desktop computers and servers in two geographical locations, ensuring that core business infrastructure and applications are properly maintained and remain operational. Some of the typical application\services include Microsoft XP, Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft ISA Server. Configuring and maintaining the company's Inter-Tel IP Phone system, which includes creating new endpoints, creating new phone lines with both basic and complex internal IVR's.

My duties included managing one of three warehouses on a rotational basis, managing both the warehouse and production teams within the warehouse. A key responsibility was ensuring both SLAs and accuracy was achieved and jobs were completed on time and well within the allocated budget. It was also in my role to ensure that all customer stock was properly stored, in a safe manner and then recorded on our stock location system. I also was responsible for providing our Client Services teams with realistic and accurate production quotes for tenders and upcoming work. Another role as manager was to undertaking appraisals, interviews and disciplinaries.
