I am the Dynamics AX Project Manager for Alevo. I am reviving a stalled and failing implementation of 2012 R3 that was 20 percent stable. I developed 30, 60, and 90 day plans to establish stability and data integrity. Within four months we achieved 95 percent stability and 80 percent data integrity. I implemented an Agile approach to Change Control using a four week sprint to manage requests for software changes, report creation, and enhancements. Each request was presented to the Change Control Committee who determined the risks, cost, and necessity of the change. After stability was achieved, I developed a new two year project plan to complete the installation and integration of the manufacturing execution system with AX, along with additional AX module implementation.

I was a Finance trainer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations. I wrote and delivered training content for clients in Financial Core, Financial Management for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Essentials of Budgeting and Fixed Assets, and Financial Report Designer (Management Reporter). I wrote and recorded eLearning which was used to create the instructor led training for the courses. I traveled to client sites and provided 365 for Operations training in various modules listed above. Because of my background in finance and accounting, I was able to provide insight to users as to how financial functions were accomplished in 365 for Operations.

I was the client Project Manager for the AX 2012 full cycle implementation at BeoCare. I was deeply involved with finance module configuration and the decisions centered around go-live. I researched and provided necessary data for configuration of the finance modules, and in GL I defined and configured all account structures and financial dimensions: departments, cost centers, and product type.
