• Conducting Enterprise Risk Management process in line with ISO and COSO standards throughout Oyak Metal&Mining (M&M) Group companies (Erdemir, İsdemir, Ermaden, Ersem, Erdemir Romania, EAPPL Singapore) and business units - Risk identification by coordinating risk workshops with process owners - Risk assessment by impact and probability evaluation, scoring, and prioritization - Establish business unit and corporate-wide risk registers and prepare risk heat-maps - Recommend risk mitigation strategies, create key risk indicators (KRI) and risk action plans with business units - Monitor and report important and critical risks of the Group to the top-management, follow up KRI’s and Risk Actions - Develop Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, risk related policy, and procedures• Improving the risk awareness level of the Group by establishing training and publications, organizing risk culture events, conduct root cause, near-miss studies and progress analysis• Assisting Oyak Risk Management to report critical risks of the Group to the Oyak Holding • Providing effective risk management support to the management for new projects, investments, sustainability activities, certification/audit processes, strategy studies, etc. • Organizing periodical Strategic Risk Management and Board Risk Management Committee meetings, preparing and presenting related reports and publishing meeting notes• Leading risk transfer activities by acquiring all insurance coverages for Oyak M&M Group’s assets and liabilities from Lloyd’s, European and/or local insurance markets via dealing with big brokers (i.e. Aon, Marsh, Willis)• Managing big and complex insurance claim processes related to all insurance lines and maintaining relationship with brokers, underwriters, insurers, loss adjusters and risk engineers• Coordinating a team of risk management and insurance specialists at Group companies and oversees the execution of risk management and insurance processes at those subsidiaries

• Identifying, measuring, modeling, monitoring and reporting corporate risks on a consistent and independent basis, as the ERM coordinator • Implementing Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans for all Group companies, including business impact analysis, business recovery and emergency response plans, crisis management drills, exercises and scenario-based simulations• Coordinating the periodical Executive and Board Risk Committee meetings, preparing presentations and reporting meeting notes • Providing ad-hoc risk advisory services to the management and Group companies on key issues (like investments, acquisitions, projects etc), as required• Developing and maintaining risk management and insurance procedures, policies and tools• Preparing required reports to internal/external stakeholders and monitor compliance with respect to risk management and insurance activities, as the compliance responsible• Acquiring insurance coverage for Group companies, existing plants, and new projects and also coordinating insurance claim process related to PD/BI and CAR/EAR policies
