As R&D Manager at Europump, I lead our innovation initiatives, overseeing project lifecycles from conceptualization to execution. I collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals, provide technical guidance to our team, manage project timelines and resources, and engage stakeholders. Additionally, I focus on integrating cloud technologies to enhance our extended product offerings and support distributed fuel operations. Transitioning to the role of Lead Software Developer, I took on the extra responsibility of leading a software development team of five people in addition to my hands-on involvement of fuel station operations and automation. My role involved collaborative planning with management, direct engagement with customers, and thorough business analysis to address their needs. I introduced the Kanban methodology for process improvement and facilitated the transition to agile practices. Additionally, I contributed to collaborative efforts in developing back-office software, including migrating codebases and optimizing communication modules. Throughout my tenure, I leveraged various programming languages such as FoxPro, Delphi, C, C++, C#, and extensively used MS SQL, and MySQL for managing large datasets. I fostered close collaboration with clients and internal teams, conducting thorough analyses and crafting strategic roadmaps for project execution. As an Embedded Programmer, I played a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of software systems for fuel dispensers and fuel control systems. My responsibilities encompassed designing, coding, testing, and debugging embedded software tailored specifically for these critical systems. I used C and C++ for programming Philips/NXP/SiLabs 8051 family of CPUs. I also developed utility software for deployment and testing purposes using.Net platform with Visual Basic and C# languages. As part of my duties, I collaborated closely with hardware engineers to integrate software components seamlessly with hardware peripherals, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Akyuz Plastik specializes in manufacturing plastic storage products catering to various sectors including home, garden, and hospitality. Leveraging Visual Basic, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I crafted a comprehensive web application for Akyuz Plastik. This application empowered them to efficiently manage their bill of materials, monitor both available and allocated inventory quantities, and gain insight into their work-in-process (WIP) inventory. By utilizing this application, they could effectively plan production and anticipate material requirements with greater precision.

During my internship at Murat Yilamaz A.S., I developed the company's first website. As the sole developer assigned to the project, I undertook the creation of their online presence from scratch using my knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, and VBScript.
