Supervisor of geodesy for high-speed railway Belgrade-BudapestResponsibilities:• Responsible for the work of all geodetic works which include: -Manage many internatioanl companies (China Railway Design Corporation (CRDC), Shandong Hi-Speed Group, China Communication Construction Company (CCCC), Geosystem Belgrade, Geo-Janja Belgrade, Karin komerc MD, Elektromreža Srbije EMS AD, DIS niskogradnja Doo...) about geodetic and civil engineering works on project. -Checking of framework and reinforcement before concreting segments of overpass concrete elements, viaducts, manholes, platform walls, underpasses and other facilities. -Geodetic verification of the correctness of the upper and lower railway machinery. -Checking heights, slopes and verticality. -Settlement check.• Responsibility for adequate analitycal, graphic and textual documentation. -Keeping records of completed works. -Assessment REQUEST FOR INSPECTION AND APPROVAL (RIA). -Engagement to fill in gaps in paperwork.• Responsibility for checking the apropriate measurement methods and the accuracy of the mathematical elements of the geodetic network.

• General responsibilities in the company: -Responsibility for contact, agreement and work with clients, private and legal entities. -Negotiating the time and details related to the execution of the work agreed with client. -Responsibility for the implementation of the agreed tasks in the role of the leader of the group that performs the work in the field. -Keeping detailed records of executed and unexecuted work. -Saving and storing recorded and used data in a local database.• Resposibilities as chief surveyor on large projects, construction of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina and the construction of Continental factory: -Cooperate with many international companies (Takenaka Corporation - Japan, Delta engineering, GH holding – Slovenia, Dijagonala Doo, Ekogradnja, Best izgradnja Doo, Best Plaster N&S, Enikon doo...) on realization of the project. -Establishment of 3D and 1D geodetic network for construction site needs. -Recording of the initial condition of the terrain, facilities and installations. -Marking of required elements of objects and harmonization of geospatial data. -Recording the necessary situations for designing. -Recalculation of the mathematical elements of the position of certain parts of the object to fit into the existing state. -Creating a 3D terrain model. -Recording and calculation of cubic volumes of excavations and embankments of earthworks. -Recording of the derived state. -Monitoring the settlement of the structure. -Keeping records of lines. -Scanning of objects for facade design and estimate. -Constant checking of the correctness of the execution of works.

-Negotiating jobs and prices with clients, individuals and legal entities. -Sending a request to obtain data from the Cadastre. -Preparation of studies and proofs for all types of geodetic works. a) Recording of cadastral topographic plans b) Renewal of plot boundaries c) Legalization of facilities d) Recording of installations e) Monitoring of facilities f) Marking of all building elements -Creation of geodetic plans and maps.
