In order to contribute to business planning at the top executive level to develop sales strategies and plans that are consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision and long-term objectives, I've always challenged myself and the organization. Those successful steps always gained me more responsiblity and experience.In my previous experiences;Parts manager in Perkins Engines distributor-Turkey, my initial task was reorganizing the dealer network. Within completing the task, Stanadyne Parts Management was in my responsibility area. By 2012 my main tasks were reducing the financial risks and improving the service quality, and I and my team achieved 25% sales growth in 2012. Since 2012 i'm National Parts Manager of Agco Turkey,managing 4 different brands (MF-Laverda-Valtra-Fendt)running all parts marketing operations for Turkey which is the fastest growing market in EAME. From 2012 till 2020 Agco Turkey parts business volume have been increased by 25% per year.Launching a loyalty program for end users is another area of success area for me. In 2011-2012; 21 cities were visited by a show truck and 8500 people became member of the Club Card programme. Now we are running AGCOPUAN programme with more than 300 service and parts outlets in all around Turkey.Developing pricing strategies to maximize sales revenue and maintaining effective relationships with distributor system/dealer network/OEM’s are always my priorities.Working in automotive part sales sector for more than 15 years gained me a wide perspective of many different functions such as dealer management-parts marketing-pricing also inventory management.A dynamic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in automobile sector. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships.Enjoy being part of a successful and productive team.Always open for new projects.
