As a Product Management Specialist whom works as an business analyst at Etiya, I work on enhancing and updating digital BSS products for various customers. I analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends, gather customer requirements and feedback, and prepare software specifications and test cases. I also collaborate with the engineering team in product development and implementation activities, and use data analytics to understand product performance and customer satisfaction.I have an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from Kayseri University, where I gained beginner-level experience in web development, 2D game development, and data analysis. I have also obtained multiple certifications from Coursera and TM Forum to further develop my technical and customer-centric skills. My goal is to play an effective role in both the technical and business world, and to explore innovative ideas and follow technology trends.
