• Managed Renault Megane Scenic Rear Seat Frame Sub-Components project by defining project scope, creating and updating project planning, organizing vendors and suppliers and realizing industrialization, quality and manufacturing approvals of the molds of components in accordance with project budget and finished 3 weeks ahead of the planning.• Made cost analysis of all press and welding process components that are made by the factory and reduced around 1M€ income that is confirmed and paid by the customer.
