• Monitored important transformation and business acceleration projects in order too provide regular reporting to the CEO and Fortis Bank Turkey A.Ş. Management Committee about the progress and the outcomes of those projects, ando provide advice and consultancy to project managers for an effective and timely delivery within the budget of the projects in its monitoring portfolio.• Implemented a “Project Management Methodology”, rolling it out into the Bank’s business lines and maintained it to be able to have a common project management platform in the Bank.• Assessed and made proposals concerning the “Project Management Organization” so as to be operated properly.• Evaluated project management skills and resources and made proposals for enhancing those skills to ensure more efficient and effective project management environment.• Initiated new projects and facilitated between the related parties where needed; and took the project management lead when necessary.• Undertaken and managed projects directly given to my responsibility by the CEO.
