.For JCB backhoeloaders and excavators;1) purchasing spare parts domestically quickly that cant be imported or so long to nationalise at customs warehouse or no quantities spare parts at the JCBwarehouses.2) Spareparts investigation domestically as second quality and the report to spareparts manager.3) Control and coordination the logistics and billing operations with SAP till the arrival of spareparts to warehouse.Procurement of wheels, oils and spareparts from the manufacturer, including the contracts and renewals between Sif and manufacturer.. Campaign works with Marketing department in order to raise the sales (extra discounts, gifts to top buyers etc).Parts that are high in price at distributor JCB are neglected by buyers so that we take patent of our own label Techpart in order to produce the parts with low price.So below issues must be done by me1) Search in need of manufacturers and suppliers2) Working of example parts3) Kaizen and 5s with suppliers and manufacturers4) report back to parts manager and director5) making contracts with approved sıppliers and manufacturers, if once done the the annual renewal checks6) After the parts procurement, all the process to warehouse (billing, stock check, logistics etc.). 35 services that are bonded to Sif must be in one type of uniform to express the corporate identitye . So that all the textile and clothes procurement and sendingto the services is organised by me.. Intern programmes and educations also done by me at aftermarket separtment.
