- Involved in establishing organizational structure, setting up work pipeline, finding potential team members, conducting job interviews and onboarding new hires.- Actively participated in the production stage of over 200 game ideas, designed over 100 of them in GDD format, and created more than 30 Hypercasual GDDs that were brought to life.- Directed the technical and design aspects of the development process for over 30 games and personally developed 10 Hypercasual games.- Managed and contributed the soft-launch and launch processes of Riddle Labs and Queue Jumping for over six months.- Continuously trained developers on optimization and game-feel techniques and directed artists to ensure that the content produced meets the technical and optimization expectations of the games.- Developed a URP based template Unity project that meets general pipeline requirements to improve game development cycles, and made it available to the team.

- Developed a flexible and visionary project, named Metropolis City Showcase, in Unity, which allowed users to create and present drawings on a Google Maps-like map and visualize them in a 3D scene.- Built a map streaming system from scratch, allowing for efficient data synchronization across user devices and optimized memory and disk cache for downloaded map tiles.- Designed and outsourced backend systems.- Implemented backend systems using Rest API, procedural data synchronization, and database management.- Conducted extensive research on Floating Origins system to improve the overall project.- Created security interfaces to prevent third-party tampering with data.- Optimized performance and visualization through various techniques, including object pooling and developing a mobile control for Android devices.- Implemented GIS (geographic information system) features.- Implemented WFS (web feature service) features.

I joined the team working on a Multiplayer Casual billiards game called Pool Elite on the WebGL platform. I became involved in the following process:- Collaborated with the development team to improve the physics algorithms of the game.- Added and coded in-game purchase content.- Conducted code refactoring across the project.- Developed a small editor tool to facilitate game artists' content integration into the game.- Fixed issues in the asset streaming system.- Contributed to tasks such as content uploading to data servers and establishing connections between that content and the game.
