- Research and development of quantitative trading signals for futures at GSA Capital Partner by working remotely using a reinforcement learning algorithm and statistical analysis

Note: started at UTSW at 2015, and lab relocated and transferred to University of Chicago at 2017. Work as postdoctoral scholar until May 2022. -Elucidated the dynamics of protein by Electric-field stimulated time-resolved X-ray crystallography.-Improved signal to noise ratio by developing data processing method using Python and Matlab in high performance computing (HPC) environments (SLURM).-Collaborated for X-ray data collection trips with beam line scientists and labs.-Initiated and optimized using phase-assisted continuous evolution to protein to study evolutionary encoded statistical information in protein. -Presented findings at Gordon Research Conference (Proteins, 2019)

- Analyzed compound C effects to cancer cell growth. Techniques used: MTT assay, Flow cytometry, siRNA infection, mouse experiments.

- Analyzed almond and peanut’s epitope, and allergen structure which is one of the major food allergen group. Techniques used cloning, purification, crystallization optimization, immunoblotting using patients IgE.

Initiated capsid-proteins’ expression and binding ability of Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus Serotype O.Assisted researches such as expressed, purified, concentrated and crystal screened about ExoU, Pyro lysine-tRNA synthetase.
