Ux Researcher
CurrentAs a UX Researcher, I am working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and designers and I also had the chance to collaborate with content designers, copywriters, marketing, and data analysts. During the last few years, I worked with start-ups, B2C and B2B enterprise companies. I was/am involved in supporting the alignment of business, technology, and product strategy decisions and also communicating, and presenting our research results and actionable recommendations directly to our clients. I had the chance to work with kids and adults, test new concept ideas, and do training for a company. Also, I could be part of a research team of a big German company for more than a year. Methods I've worked with: - interviews- moderated and unmoderated usability tests (remote and in-person)- survey design- fake door test- product review- quantitative and qualitative data analysis- merging quantitative (GA4) data with qualitative insights- maintaining research repository- also, I am involved in a project where the goal is to set up an analytics tracking systemPortfolio up on request.
