In this position, my tasks were :- Set project budget, forecast performance and analyzed profitability by selecting and coordinating subcontractors and outsourcing companies, redefining methods and techniques, generating a 4% increase in profitability.- Led teams of up to 60 employees (foremen + workers+ draftsman) on multiple simultaneous projects for an average contract price of € 15 million each. - Ensured an efficient articulation and collaboration with the other department of the company. - Negotiated successfully with clients, organized and conducted meetings to solve complex problems, adopting a customized centric tailored approach to individual client issues. - Was the head of supply chain, production, logistics, human resources, safety and quality of the project.
