GENERAL SUMMARYItalian marketing coordinator for Burton and the other brands of the family (surf skate and snow territories) .Determine, execute and implement marketing strategies, plans and tools in the most relevant way for the Italian market while ensuring consistency with Burton’ global vision and objectives.Drive brand development and sales growth in accordance with global marketing & sales strategy and Italy business plan. Analyse results and provide fully comprehensive reports of Burton Marketing activities in Italy. BUDGET• Develop annual budget proposals and expenditure allocation plans; in accordance with the Marketing strategy and allocated budget.• Maximize every single investment towards the brand objectives. • Regularly analyse and review allocation of marketing budget to ensure results are achieved efficiently. SPONSORSHIPS• Build up and manage the Burton, Analog, Gravis, Red and Anon riders team (Skate, Snow, Surf).• Manage on-field Team Riders, helping them with interviews, invitations and taking pictures for their promotion and for web and social use• Build up and manage contracts with: Snowparks & Snowboard Schools.• Ensure efficient grassroots marketing events for Burton, Analog & Gravis in Italy. Manage all aspects of the events and special projects; conceptual creation, logistical processes, legal implications, third party partnerships, implementation and follow up.PR & MEDIA• media plan. Negotiate best possible rates, positioning and editorial support with media partners.• Develop phasing of PR activities for key categories – from teasing to launch.• Coordinator of the PR Division .E-MARKETING• Grow new media leadership to reflect consumer interest in Burton, Analog & Gravis content.• Develop creative e-marketing initiatives to better connect with our consumers.• Manage Burton Italy website and Facebook Page• Manage Burn River Jump website and Facebook Page
