The Dredge 70 ft x 175 ft 7500 cubic meter/ hour pump & and maintenance dock were designed to facilitate efficient dredging operations. The Chem Pad was designed to facilitate the mixing of the dry polymer.

Designing products with Pro Engineer and Math Cad for the oil and gas industry; such as, isolation equipment to help protect the wellhead, or an underground hydraulic stroker to pull oil up without the need of a pump jack.Prior to working on the current design projects, I worked on the floor in the gate valve and well head departments to understand how the components went together. Afterwards, I was in Research and Development and helped with testing of new products and projects taking care with meticulous details.

Working in the Manual department, (Mills, Lathes, Drills). Working with a CNC Gildemeister - Lathe. machining jobs changed daily: machining copper for EDM's, plastic for valve covers, graphite to cut plastic, stainless steels for molds, Inconel for pressure vessels, aluminum pistons, cast iron gear boxes, mild steel, are just some of the materials I encountered.Besides manufacturing new parts, I also encountered repair jobs as well: chasing threads, turning down OD's, chasing bores, pushing back shoulders, cleaning seal faces, chase tapped holes...etc

Worked with a CNC Gang Drill with a Saw in series, CNC Punch, Drilling I-Beams and structural Steel. Pre-fabricating parts for the Fitters.

Oversaw a crew of 10 employees, tearing down and rebuilding Hydro-mechanical Jars, and Shocks. Managed and maintained inventory on weekly basis; as well as, maintaing ample inventory for the tool rental fleet.

Worked two years on the manufacturing side, manufacturing parts for Cougars, Tool line. manufacturing housings, tool joints, piston bores, long bores, shaping key ways, cutting splines and helixes, deep pockets and grinding. I also spent time repairing exiting tools and prepping them for the field again, gauging and chasing threads, cleaning seal faces, chasing bores and pushing back shoulders, and reaching built up welds.The last two years were spent training and learing the assembly division. I was involved with setting up and testing brand new tools for the field. Repairing existing tools and replacing the necessary parts to meet the companies standards prior to shipment.
