Responsibility for the entire operational chain of the Soybean Breeding and Line Purification Program for the central region of Brazil, leading teams that encompassed everything from managing and conducting parental hybridizations, managing and producing continuous nurseries assisted by marker-assisted selection, activities of molecular quality analysis, progeny testing, line purification program, genetic seed production, performance/yield trials, and agronomic characterization.
