• In-Game Strategic Coach: qualified for Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022.• Team Manager: assisting the Evil Geniuses Women Team in all areas (coaching, administrative and marketing), improving their presence internationally. Also, organizing Bootcamps and coordinating with ESL.• Data Team Member: - Developed a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) player rating system with a logistic regression model trained with large datasets in Python, helping the coaching staff to “poach” talented players by understanding player contribution to team win/loss at various granularity levels, cutting back ~100 FTE hours of weekly manual work. - Developed different prototyped CS:GO reports populated with derived fields and analytical results to help the coaching staff devise in-game strategies, eliminating ~2 FTE hours of daily manual work.• Other: - Developed a project to showcase the CS:GO skill-level gap between North American and European Teams and how COVID had a negative impact for the first one. The objective of this project was to check the viability of moving the Evil Geniuses CS:GO Team to Europe. - Created a project in order to generate revenue for Evil Geniuses at a low cost given the actual tough economic time esports is going through; connecting partnerships, content, marketing and gaming teams with different tournament organizers. - Proposed an incentives program in Evil Geniuses to enhance players´ performance based on time applied to individual improvement. - Contacted different organizations (HLTV, Liquipedia & IESF) for a better player display.
