About Jan Borg

I am on a mission to connect technology and people. This is a broad mission, which requires a broad "jack of all trades" approach.My aim is to ensure value and engagement is maximized for all stakeholders in IT projects and IT companies - be it end users, developers, employees, suppliers or the core business. Having worked in small and giant companies while being responsible for the lifecycle of dozens of apps or critical government IT projects gives me an efficient project manager muscle.I enjoy leadership challenges and I get a kick out of removing obstacles for the team, ensuring employee satisfaction and pushing projects, products and services ahead.I've founded my own independent app and game development company: Borg Interactive.My understanding of good UX is founded on my bachelor degree in Psychology, Communication and Media.My software development skills were fortified during my Master's degree studies in Software development.It lands naturally on my plate to take responsibility, move things forward, break down barriers and embrace emergent leadership. That is exemplified by my passionate way of cooperating closely with stakeholders in my various roles as project manager, product owner and leader
