    1 Now provide professional searching for ES requirements, like delivery unit head, CTO, consultant, technical positions and etc. At the beginning, I supported ES and Cloud go-to market business for five month, I did many searching for sales, cloud architect, BD, account manager and other positions. 2 For SPE level positons, I will control those requirements end to end, from engage hiring to fulfill requirements.3 searching candidates, screening CV and phone interview with them through the demands of hiring manager.4 For some candidates, I will take package negotiation process to help recruiters and hiring managers to reach an agreement.5 following up the whole interview process with hiring managers and recruiters6 As for important projects in APPS GD, I’ll put more efforts on it. Now there are two projects in Apps GD I&S unit, Huawei CRM projects (25 JAVA requirements of JAVA) and HCIS project (15 JAVA requirements). For these projects, the difficult factor that they have similar location and demands, so I need to deep search and get recommendation from candidates.7 According to the conversation with candidates, I’d like to make a market mapping report for some specific positions.
