More than 3 years of experience in the field of Desktop Support and Helpdesk Support for hardware, software and networking equipment. Also have working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows servers software. In my current position my responsibilities have me solving a multitude of issues via phone where I have to be creative in problem solving to accomplish the desired result, as well as yearly onsite PC maintenance for the contracts my present employer maintains. I have knowledge office networks, hardware and the software utilized to operate them. I have been consistently rewarded for hard work with increased responsibilities.
