I am the managing partner of DBLS Law Office. I practice law even before the Bar was established and was fortunate enough to be one of the very first lawyers admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 1995.Before founding DBLS, I was the managing partner at Borima Dy & Associates. Throughout my two decades of legal career, I have advised domestic and international corporations, foreign embassies and associations, some of the highest-profile politicians, political parties, business leaders and individuals and I also represented a significant number of clients in various complex legal proceedings before all levels of courts in Cambodia.I am proud of introduce the new concept of legal practice to Cambodia, "local knowledge, global perspective," through establishing DBLS, an Cambodian law firm with extensive network throughout the region. As ASEAN Economic Community is approaching, with the changing market, laws and practices, I believe it is vital for investors to have a firm like DBLS at their side to accomplish the unthinkable.
