Assisting students with writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization and reading (WICOR) to prepare all students to be successful in college

•Provides direct 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities•Provide parent training and assists with conducting functional assessment procedures •Collaborate with other professionals and community representatives that pertain to the client services from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, and physicians.•Participate in clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies•Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client’s treatment plans•Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst•Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required

• Conduct in home therapy-based techniques and ABA sessions with children on the spectrum ages 2-18• Work to form rapport with the families and work directly with the client to increase functioning and decrease interfering behaviors• Create, collect, and write therapeutic goals that coincide with data collection • Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques and other evidenced-based clinical interventions appropriate to the client’s level of functioning.• Effectively manage collateral case coordination duties that may include: collaboration with medical professionals, case consultation with social services professionals and/or human service professionals, or other community representatives. • Responsible for attending meetings that pertain to services for the client (i.e. FAPT, Family Partnership, and School/ IEP meetings).
