Після інституту навчався на семінарах у відомих бізнес-тренерів, таких як Мерелін Аткінсон однієї з тренерів IBM, Пітер Вріца - одного з тренерів Shell, Ян Ардуй - одного з тренерів Nestle та ін.2000 року повернувся на батьківщину в Україну та очолив компанію Омела.
