- Design, monitoring and tracking of high performance, optimal and stable processes in ES Oracle (Part Logistics, Finance and Depot)- Analysis and improvement of business processes- Creation of business process documentation- Creating and delivering training documentation and training programs for End Users- Creating test plans and performing Manual Business Acceptance tests, and overseeing User Acceptance Tests- Collaboration with developers following Agile / Scrum principles, using JIRA- Responsible for assigned portions of the roll out schedule of new processes and work with the region stakeholders to ensure the activities are performed and instituted.- Creation of reports using BI applications PowerBI and Tableau.

- Working closely with companies from the US, mainly FedEx Logistics team and WarehouseAnywhere Logistics team- Managing systems on the NCR side, ensuring uniformity of data on all sides.- Monitor EDI and reconcile customer purchasing agreements.
