• Leads a portfolio of 62 countries region with 57 distributors for the Pringles Brand with full P&L responsibilities with a multi-functional team of 10+ people• Delivered turnover growth of 127+ IYA in 10/11 and out looking growth of respectively 125 and 119 for the current and next fiscal year (12/13). This has been achieved via restructuring the distribution network, distributors training and new product launch driving sales from below $100Mio to a projected $190Mio+ turnover.• Grew steadily value share with key highlight in Moscow Russia were reaching 20%+ value share and record growth across the Arabic Peninsula (focus Saudi Arabia, United Arabic Emirates)• Managed in the mean time to deliver yearly profit increase of 150+ IYA • Developed best in class organization with very high employee/distributors ratings on work environment and team spirit.
