➡ Representing the client’s Interests, by building and maintaining a strong business/technical relationship and satisfaction. ➡ Specialized in the Nuvei Core Platform architecture and business cases, accommodating them properly with Nuvei’s various solutions. ➡ Evaluating clients' requirements to suggest upgrades or additional features – to optimize client performance. ➡ Overseeing the delivery of Nuvei’ s products with full accountability. Mediate custom requirements between the client side to internal departments. ➡ Liaising with Product, Dev, and Technical departments, to ensure a successful delivery stream. ➡ Taking initiative in identifying growth opportunities. ➡ The go-to person for Production escalations and clarifications. ➡ Directing the Technical and Payment Support team in resolving complex customer issues, while putting effort to tie up loose ends. ➡ Conducting rigorous analysis of internal and external data sources, in order to identify strategic alternatives and devising detailed development and technical plans for Nuvei Premium clients and Key accounts. ➡ Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple platform units, while working with remote teams and external partners both from client and platform side. ➡ Responsible for all activities, technical projects, and updating products of Nuvei premium clients from specific gaming platforms.

➡ Managing the overall integration process for globally renowned strategic merchants.➡ Acting as a subject matter expert when developing and designing onboarding, transaction processing, and reporting solutions for new clients.➡ Organizing kick-off meetings with new clients and gathering requirements in order to implement the most suitable solutions.➡ Assisting existing merchants with payment method implementations, entering new markets, updating their applications of Nuvei solutions and ensuring they take advantage of newly released products and services.➡ Performing acceptance testing on new products and ensuring documentation is up to date.➡ Collecting and analyzing clients' customization requests - suggesting standard solutions where applicable and escalating requests to our product and development teams.➡ Collaborating with marketing, sales, finance, technology and analytics teams throughout the integration process. ➡ Providing regular status reports on open integration projects to project management teams & leadership.

➡ Assisting merchants with the integration onboarding and providing guidance throughout the entire integration process from QA to Production.➡ Maintaining and updating the Sandbox accounts of clients, configuring a wide range of payment methods and advising on the testing process as needed.➡ Troubleshooting all technical issues encountered by the merchants and advising them on best practices of using Nuvei’s APIs.
