My job at TeleAssistance is mainly to help elder people to stay safe !They are given a little button that can be pushed anytime they are in danger or in need of information and then, after a few seconds, they are dispatched to me and I can call their contacts or the emergency services to take care of them.An another part of this job is to contact the doctors while they are "on call" to dispatch the medical emergencies to them.I also do night shifts because this service is available 24/7
