I am responsible for the representation of the organisation, the vision and strategy, organisational management, program delivery and fundraising.• Representation: I liaise and develop networks and share insights into Hudara’s work with relevant key stakeholders including governmental bodies, foundations, business leaders and NGOs by speaking publicly at relevant events. I participate in conferences, workshops and meetings with other actors engaged in the thematic areas relevant to Hudara’s work. I inform Hudara’s members about key milestones and results of Hudara’s work.• Vision & strategy: I ensure that all project objectives and implemented activities are relevant to Hudara’s mission and vision.• Organisational management: I update the Advisory Board Members on Hudara’s programmatic results. I conduct annual performance appraisals for all staff. I organize and provide opportunity for capacity development of Hudara’s team. I provide direction, practical guidance and individual support to Hudara’s staff as appropriate to carry out their responsibilities and ensure wellbeing of staff. • Programme delivery: I ensure effective project management and implementation of all projects. I define work plans and priorities for each project in order to effectively achieve Hudara’s mission.• Fundraising: In partnership with the Managing Director I develop and implement a fundraising strategy and steward key donor relationships. I develop cohesive, focussed and effective program proposals. I coordinate the gathering and sharing of information on existing and emerging donor opportunities and liaise with the Managing Director in securing project funding.

The Environmental Peacebuilding Association provides a multidisciplinary forum to address issues related to environment, conflict and peace. The Association has three main aims. It seeks to identify promising research avenues and best policy practices as well as foster knowledge and exchange. It builds capacity and awareness among practitioners to advance the field and increase impact. It fosters interactions among scholars, practitioners, decision makers, and others across disciplines, genders, geographical locations, and stages of professional development.
