As quality manager of paint shop I ensured that the products complied with the company ‘s quality management requirements and met customer requirements as well. I was supervising and cooperating in the completion of the company ‘s new paint shop.

During my roles in VW I was responsible for automotive quality and for special bodywork. I was in the lead of Japanese fair and Q-team. Here I started as production stuff and during the years my professionality, my drive and my passion established my career path.
