About Boris Köhler

Setting up Sales & Marketing strategies is my passion and I could gain plenty of experience in that area since I started my professional career in 2009. After a first insight into wholesale and brand management at Deluxe Distribution, I decided to top up my business knowledge with an MBA - Marketing. After that, I returned to Deluxe Distribution and set up their Distribution & Logistics Department. Meanwhile, I worked with clients like Amazon, Zalando, Peek&Cloppenburg and Karstadt. In 2016 I started as a marketplace manager at GlassesGroupGlobal. The company went bankrupt pretty quickly, but it gave me the opportunity to follow one of my passions: the food business. So I set up a concept for a tarte flambee bistro and managed my own business with 4 employees for over 2 years. As all good things come to an end, I had to close my store end of 2018 and returned to the e-commerce sector starting again as a marketplace manager. At first, I started at Clinton (main brand: Camp David) as their first marketplace manager, managing accounts on Amazon, ebay and OTTO using Tradebyte and Navision for data management. Afterwards I gained more international experience by managing accounts on Amazon.es and Amazon.it as well as BOL.com for Social Chain AG. Finally I got back into the fashion business again as a Marketplace Manager for s.Oliver, where I was responsible for marketplace sales on About You, OTTO, amazon and MyToys / Mirapodo for the brands s.Oliver, comma and Liebeskind Berlin. At s.Oliver, I got the opportunity to dive deeper into data management, budgeting and market expansions. Hence, I have a deep knowledge of all sales channels on- and offline as well as setting up sales&marketing strategies short- and longterm accompanied by my language skills and people management skills.
