Create brand from scratch. Unique and valuable.

After couple of years as an entrepreneur, and as a young dad I grew over confident and thought i could change the way this (only in closed, highly professional circles) famous Serbian HVAC company ran.I fought bravely with old fashioned style of running the business... And i failed. I lost miserably! :)My father and his long lasting partner were a huge bite for my young jaws! :) They are still working, and they are still among the last few companies in Serbia, that actually produce something. Their Air Handling Units are the ones that run forever... They never brake. ;)

As any other young entrepreneur I started small, but with huge expectations! I started this business with 3 friends and worked heavily both on acquiring new clients, designing and constructing illuminated signs. Installment of all those 3D signs, lighting ads and all elements of indoor and outdoor advertising werent strange to any of us. I got my first kid, Milan, in 2008 and priorities changed. I needed a steady job and strictly defined working hours, which were not an option in Quadrium at that point in time, unfortunately... My friends continued working and now they are running a highly valued indoor/outdoor advertising company. I am really proud of their success, and my contribution in that path to current status.
